Job summary

Elsevier seeks a Data Science Leader to guide and grow teams delivering advanced AI, ML, NLP, and search capabilities that power scientific discovery and patient outcomes. You will set strategy, elevate technical excellence, and collaborate with product, engineering, and research stakeholders globally.

You will mentor talent, champion responsible AI, and drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and retrieval systems across research and clinical domains.
