Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management for AI/ML/data products.
• Able to map workflows and identify AI leverage points.
• Practical AI literacy: LLMs, prompt design, evals.
• Experience designing evals, experiments, and metrics.
• Strong data literacy and SQL proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with data science and ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Map and decompose business workflows end-to-end.
• Reimagine processes around AI and prioritize opportunities.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Size AI opportunities with evidence-based ROI.
• Partner with data science to translate models into production products.
• Define evaluation criteria, avoid hallucination, monitor drift.
• Productize data assets into APIs, data feeds, dashboards.
• Write PRDs and maintain backlog in Agile/Scrum.
