Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks an AI and Data Product Manager to lead transforming established workflows by rebuilding around AI, not layering AI on top. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered applications and data products, collaborating with data science, ML engineering, and customers.

This is a process-transformation role first, feature delivery second. A track record of entering unfamiliar domains, mapping workflows, and shipping measurable AI-enabled results

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management building AI/ML powered products.
• Demonstrable domain immersion: map workflows and ship measurable AI-enabled outcomes.
• Strong process-decomposition: map workflows by volume, variance, verifiability.
• Practical AI literacy: LLMs, NLP, prompts, eval design.
• Experience designing evals, blind reviews, A/B tests, and evidence-based iterations.
• Data literacy with SQL and analytics to drive metrics.
• Change-management to push AI-driven workflow adoption.
• Ability to recall metrics from shipped products (hallucination rate, latency, etc.).
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience and backlog management.
• Excellent written and oral communication for probabilistic systems.

Responsibilities

• Map and decompose business workflows end-to-end before applying AI.
• Reimagine processes around AI focusing on volume, variance, and verifiability.
• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for AI apps and data products.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to turn models into production-ready products.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; use data to drive improvements.
• Drive change management and adoption of AI-driven workflows.
• Ensure governance for responsible AI, bias, and data quality.
