Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Databricks AI & Governance professional to design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions that automate data governance, metadata management, quality controls, and policy enforcement across enterprise data platforms in Plano, TX.

Role involves collaborating with governance engineers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, leveraging LLMs and orchestration frameworks, and delivering governance automation with secure, compliant AI practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Architecture.
• 5+ years in designing and implementing data governance or MDM solutions.
• 3+ years building AI/ML or Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• 3+ years Python and modern AI development frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for data governance, data quality, and stewardship workflows.
• Build scalable AI agents using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks for governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with governance engineers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define use cases and align architecture.
• Develop autonomous and human-in-the-loop agents for cataloging, glossary management, policy compliance, and governance workflows.
