You will lead AI-assisted coding practices, design, and reviews, influence CI/CD and secure coding standards, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance architecture and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of practical experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python with strong design skills.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools and setting validation standards.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows and secure practices.
• Full SDLC proficiency and agile/CI/CD expertise.
• Deep knowledge of financial services IT systems and security expectations.
• Cloud native experience in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions with design, development, and debugging.
• Delivers secure, high-quality production code and conducts code reviews.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and stability.
