Castle Park Investments seeks a tech-driven analyst to join the data and technology team, reporting to the VP of Data & Technology. The role suits a student, graduate, or early-career professional passionate about real estate analytics and AI.

Ideal for a senior undergraduate or recent graduate to commit ~20 hours weekly with potential conversion to full-time. You will enhance KPI tracking, deploy ML pipelines, and integrate AI tools across a 4,500+ unit portfolio in 9 states.

Qualifications

• Current senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduate student, or recent graduate in a data-related field.
• Commit approximately 20 hours per week for current students; flexible schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with API integrations and analytics libraries.

Responsibilities

• Create data collection pipelines from property management systems into cloud storage.
• Identify and pilot AI-powered tools to automate workflows across departments.
• Build internal BI tools and live dashboards deployed through AWS CloudFront.
• Deploy automated ML pipelines to summarize data and surface trends.
• Collaborate with operations, acquisitions, and investor relations to translate data insights.
