Lumenalta is seeking an experienced AI-native Cyber Security Manager to design and deliver security solutions for a new financial services platform. You will leverage AI tools to automate vulnerability management, threat intel, and policy drafting, while guiding cross-functional teams to implement risk controls.

You will shape the cyber security strategy, build governance frameworks, and ensure regulatory obligations are met, including ISO27001 and PCI DSS, in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, ideally in technology disruption or financial services.
• Experience using AI tools and agents for security work.
• Understanding AI security risks and frameworks (OWASP Top 10, ISO/IEC 42001).
• Knowledge of AWS security services (Security Hub, GuardDuty, Macie).
• Experience with risk assessment and compliance (DPA, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC1/2, ISO27001).

Responsabilités

• Deliver operational security controls and governance frameworks.
• Identify threats using AI-driven analysis and prioritize mitigations.
• Run AI-powered vulnerability and patch management program.
• Design AI-driven security workflows (alert triage, evidence collection).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to stay ahead of threats.
• Prepare the platform for Go Live with support processes.
