Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack apps and API integrations with relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience managing or supporting cloud production systems.
• 1+ years of experience integrating AI-powered workflows into existing applications or business processes.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and back-end tech (Node.js, Python, or C#) and SQL databases.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Next.js) and event-driven processing.
• Experience developing software using agentic coding tools for feature development and testing.
• Knowledge of application security boundaries, authentication, and secure data exchange.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of software development, or 5+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Build web interfaces, dashboards, back-end services, and APIs for configuring agents and investigations.
• Implement coordination, task delegation, shared context, and event-driven escalation between agents.
• Integrate neural networks, anomaly detectors, and monitoring agents with larger investigation and response agents.
• Create isolated environments for testing agents and multi-agent swarms with simulated incidents.
• Connect model APIs, inference services, security platforms, and response tools.
• Implement tool calling, structured outputs, context retrieval, and validation.
• Develop messaging and shared-state mechanisms with access controls, provenance tracking, and audit trails.
• Enable independent operation within defined permissions, with approval gates and recovery mechanisms.
• Test escalation accuracy, response effectiveness, latency, cost, and failure handling.
• Provide visibility into agent decisions and supporting evidence.
• Troubleshoot integrations and contribute fixes and enhancements.
