You will work with teams across product, development, and support to improve self-service and agent efficiency while learning in an agile environment.

The role focuses on analyzing processes, integrating Human in the Loop AI, and delivering tools that empower agents. A related degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-to-insight skills.
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, and customer-support tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize milestones for the customer support technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve self-service and agent efficiency.
• Analyze support processes to streamline tasks and automate where possible.
• Support integration of Human in the Loop AI solutions balancing automation and humans.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlogs in an agile cycle.
• Contribute to a unified agent interface with access to tools.
• Help maintain knowledge base and improve agent/customer access to information.
• Assist in expanding product knowledge and new sales channels.
