Job summary

Enzo Health, a healthcare AI-enabled EHR provider in Lehi, UT, seeks a Customer Success Manager to own post-go-live accounts from adoption through renewal and expansion. You will build value with healthcare agencies, defend price with ROI, and coordinate with owners, DONs, billing managers, and admins to drive AI-powered improvements that increase net revenue retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years owning revenue outcomes in B2B SaaS with measurable attainment.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder accounts where the user, buyer, and renewal decision-maker are different people.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with automations or AI workflows in your job.
• Commercial spine: run hard renewal conversations and trade concessions for value.
• Exceptional written communication to clinicians, billers, and owners with different voices.
• Bonus: healthcare, home health/hospice, EHR, or revenue-cycle exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of post-go-live accounts end-to-end: adoption, renewal, expansion, and referenceability with revenue attached to your name.
• Manage the full stakeholder web inside each agency: owners, administrators, DONs, billing managers, intake coordinators.
• Run renewals and expansions as deliberate negotiations: defend price with value and attach new lines of service.
• Close every loop: explain what happened, what changed, and how to verify it.
• Build AI-powered leverage: early-warning systems, auto-drafted executive reviews, ticket-loop automation.
• Translate product data into owner language: documentation compliance, clinician hours recovered, claims acceptance, AR health.
