Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Program Manager to design and launch new learning experiences that expand how enablement upskills and activates users globally. You will own strategy and execution from pilot to global scale, applying an AI-first mindset to learning design and delivery while focusing on human-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years of technical program management and stakeholder management experience in an enterprise technology company.
Ability to design and launch new programs or pilots from zero to one, navigating ambiguity independently.
Experience with Big Data, AI, data science, or equivalent enterprise technologies preferred.
Ability to develop compelling data-based stories and motivate stakeholders to action.

Responsibilities

Build and launch learning programs end-to-end in partnership with Learning & Enablement, Operations, Regional Business and GTM teams.
Design and scale learning programs within Databricks Free Edition to drive learner growth and user adoption globally.
Define initiatives for technical audiences (e.g., App Developers, Database Admins) with Product and Content teams.
Track program performance using data-driven reporting and actionable insights.
