• 10-15 years in commercial credit underwriting.
• 3-5 years leading credit risk or underwriting teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in financial risk modeling or cash-flow forecasting.
• Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving with actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience launching and scaling programs or operational capabilities.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and implementing automation with quality controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Credit Operations team with clear goals and coaching.
• Assess capability needs and partner on hiring, workforce planning, and development strategies.
• Set priorities aligned with broader strategy and translate into goals and operating plans.
• Evolve systems and processes to improve decision quality and scale operations.
• Support product launches by assessing credit impacts and defining controls for launch and ongoing support.
• Partner with Risk leadership and stakeholders to prioritize investments in risk mitigation and efficiency.
• Define and manage operating metrics and SLAs with insights and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee vendor performance to meet quality and compliance standards.
