This hands-on role is for someone who wants to build from the ground up inside a company with scale, working on-site in the NYC area, focusing on applying AI to real estate decisions and driving adoption across engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CRE investment analysis or capital allocation
• Solid understanding of institutional real estate decisions
• Hands‑on use of AI tools in your own work
• Genuine interest in AI and early tool adoption
• Strong client‑facing presence with senior teams
• Fluent with data and analytical tooling
• Bias toward shipping fast over perfection
• Based in NYC metro area and able to work on-site

Responsibilities

• Embed with a team and learn their decision process end to end.
• Deploy tools against real data and workflow, tailoring output.
• Own adoption and trust-building with the team.
• Capture learnings into a common framework for cross engagements.
• Push AI tools into real workflow and drive adoption.
• Provide field insights to the build team to shape the roadmap.
