Job summary

The Tomorrow Companies Inc. is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner based in Colorado. This role involves managing the full recruitment process using an AI First approach to attract top talent aligned with the company's mission. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in recruiting within the SaaS/AI sector and experience in the space industry is preferred. The contract is for 1 year with an hourly rate between $45 and $50. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience within a SaaS/AI startup environment.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent across various functions (Tech, GTM, G&A, etc.).
• Experience leveraging AI to automate parts of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end hiring lifecycle on assigned roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to improve hiring capability.
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
• Use data to inform hiring strategies and optimize processes.
• Anticipate talent needs and shape hiring plans.

Skills
