Job summary

Bazeta is seeking a seasoned in-house transactional attorney for a part-time, remote role at the forefront of legal AI. You will draft, review, negotiate MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives, and contribute to redlining workflows used to train AI models, improving how contracts are interpreted by AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions, including MSAs, NDAs, ISDA's and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI-generated contract scenarios and provide expert feedback to improve model performance.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
