Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a junior marketing professional to join the Agentforce Service PMM team. You will craft messaging, content, and campaigns across web, social, email, and events, gaining broad exposure early in your career in a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

You’ll write SEO articles, edit copy, publish in Page Builder, develop assets for ABM, and support event marketing with on-site participation, while collaborating with PMM, demand gen, campaigns, and product marketing

Qualifications

1–2 years of content marketing or digital marketing experience.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading across formats and audiences.
Experience authoring blog posts, articles and web copy; interest in SEO/AE0.
Comfort with data/analytics to inform content decisions.
Experience contributing to organic social media content.
Familiar with AI tools to assist content creation.

Responsibilities

Author SEO articles and web content to drive organic traffic.
Write and edit copy across web, social, email, and campaigns.
Publish content in Page Builder and manage end-to-end workflow.
Develop deliverables for campaign/ABM: one-pagers, landing pages, nurture emails.
Support event marketing with pre/post content and on-site help.
Monitor social performance and contribute engagement ideas.
Assist with digital marketing initiatives: landing pages, paid content, web updates.
Edit video content for social, web and campaigns.
Collaborate with creative/production teams for on-brand assets.
Partner with demand gen, campaigns, digital, product marketing and events.
