Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, planning, or controls on large capital construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling, including Level 3 and Level 4 schedules.
• Experience leading contractor schedule reviews and coordinating meetings; managing forecasts, risk, and change.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Level 3 and Level 4 schedules with accurate scope, logic, constraints, and critical path.
• Govern scheduling processes, coding structures, calendars, and baselines through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate schedule alignment across teams; interface with customers and contractors.
• Lead facilities readiness schedule development and tracking for turnover objectives.
• Review contractor baselines, facilitate reviews, and monitor performance against baselines.
