Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration) in a corporate or similar setting.
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs and leading end-to-end while scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Experience managing competing priorities and adapting to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals on time and compliantly.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management and governance, support pricing decisions and terms negotiations.
• Define program roadmaps, provide updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on templates and guidelines for team optimization.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact.
• Work in an AI-native way to integrate AI into workflows and promote adoption.
• Coordinate with Global Research Ops to adopt new processes and best practices.
