Qualifications

3+ years of consulting or digital strategy in the Communications, Media, and Technology industry.
Experience with digital transformation, customer experience, or platform-related initiatives.
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or emerging digital ecosystem trends.
Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, or product experience optimization.
Experience collaborating with engineering leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps

Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify trends and insights for analytics and personalization initiatives.
Document data flows and integration points between platforms and digital applications.
Define standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API readiness.
Collaborate with engineering to expose endpoints that support AI agent interaction and real-time decisioning.
Assist in client workshops and deliverables; prepare presentations and reports.
