Job summary

ModMed invites interns to join its Product Development team, working with Java, .NET, Mobile (iOS) and AI/ML engineering in an AWS cloud environment. You’ll tackle real‑world projects and learn from a mentor‑driven group that pushes the envelope on healthcare software.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in CS (or pursuing CS/AI masters/PhD), with 3.5+ GPA, ready to work at Boca Raton HQ on a hybrid basis and relocate after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science program (or pursuing your Masters or PhD in Computer Science or AI).
• GPA of 3.5 or higher and experience with Microservices, Java, MySQL, and Angular.
• Strong preference for candidates with streaming platforms (Kafka), containerization, caching, Web sockets, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Tackle Complex Challenges: Engage with and solve intricate problems, pushing the boundaries of your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute Across the Tech Spectrum: Be an integral part of our engineering projects across frontend, backend, and mobile efforts.
