Job summary

DocuSign seeks an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer for a hybrid role in California. You will write and ship production-grade code (Python and Go), build scalable IaC, and help deliver AI-enabled infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.

You''ll partner with product and platform teams, contribute to on-call incident response, and implement strong security and Zero Trust controls while optimizing costs and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and testing production-quality code (Python and/or Go).
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks for automating infra and dev workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and ship production-quality code (e.g., Python, Go) to build tools and automation for platform access and team productivity.
• Assist in design and implementation of shared infrastructure components for availability and scalability.
• Help build AI services and features within our cloud platforms (LLM-powered and agentic workflows).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize IaC with Terraform or Ansible for multi-cloud deployment.
