Job summary

RSM is seeking a Director to lead Integrated Cloud Consulting with a focus on AI strategy, delivery excellence, and scalable cloud solutions for enterprise clients in the United States. The role emphasizes leveraging AI to enhance revenue and brand while coordinating across service lines.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in virtual and in-person teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years of related work experience.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to interact with internal and external resources at all organizational levels.
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Strong financial and business acumen; ability to discuss technology in business terms.
Curiosity about business and technology; motivated with a desire to learn.
Strong knowledge of Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing or Energy industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy and delivery within the Integrated Cloud practice.
Unify delivery capabilities with relation to cross-service IC delivery.
Develop repeatable solutions and assets to analyze client infrastructure, create cloud migration roadmaps and execute deliverables.
Design, implement and support delivery of internal IP. Understand cloud deployment models (private, public, hybrid) and platforms (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and emerging AI tools.
