Job summary

Inadev is seeking an Architect/Technical Lead to guide a Sprint Team on the platform, owning technical direction and code quality while mentoring developers. You will ensure solutions align with cloud-native, AI-augmented architecture standards and collaborate with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and scope.

The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, strong cloud-native expertise, and hands-on work with AWS services and CI/CD.

Position Summary

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2-3 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including a technical leadership role

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification
• Federal IT delivery experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tooling

Salary Description

$175,000-$195,000 (based on pertinent experience)
