Job summary

Insperity, a leader in HR solutions, seeks a Product Manager to own client-facing AI capabilities and translate enterprise AI into differentiated products that deliver measurable client value and business impact for Insperity.

You will define users, use cases, success metrics, and roadmaps, collaborating with Enterprise AI Strategy, Technology, Finance, Sales, and Service Operations to drive adoption and commercial success across solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or related work experience is required.
• Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is desired.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or service design/delivery/management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading AI-enabled products, digital experiences, or automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance, privacy, and enterprise adoption challenges.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned client-facing AI capabilities.
• Defines target users, use cases, customer needs, business outcomes, requirements, success metrics, and roadmap priorities.
• Drives adoption, utilization, and commercial success of AI capabilities.
• Represents the voice of the client and market in the design and evolution of AI capabilities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled client experiences.
