Raymond James Investment Management seeks a Campaign Manager to drive strategy, planning, execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, social, webinars, and events for U.S. Wealth and Institutional businesses.

The role partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Compliance, Data, and vendors to deliver campaigns that generate engagement, leads, pipeline, and measurable business impact while leveraging AI-enabled

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or channel marketing within asset management or financial services.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Compliance, and Data teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to intermediary and institutional priorities.
• Develop comprehensive campaign plans with objectives, audience segmentation, messaging, channels, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, product, compliance, data, and operations to ensure on-time delivery within scope and goals.
• Manage multiple campaigns and maintain marketing calendars, stakeholder communications, and workflows.
• Translate business strategies into actionable briefs and integrated plans to drive engagement and lead generation.
