Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Business Transformation Analyst to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance growth, performance, and innovation. You will collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, apply data-driven analysis, and translate insights into actionable strategies that elevate processes with AI-supported improvements.

You will design and deliver transformation programs, prioritize high-impact use cases, and define metrics to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, with AI/analytics experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
