BlueLinx Corporation seeks an AI & Business Transformation Analyst to identify and advance high-value AI, innovation, and transformation opportunities. You will map processes, document current-state workflows, and prepare executive-ready reports that translate complex problems into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage portfolios of initiatives, track milestones, and help measure value realization using tools like Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong analytics and business systems exposure.
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation is valued.
• Familiarity with distribution, supply chain, or technology-enabled transformation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes, workflows, roles, decisions, systems, pain points, and handoffs.
• Create process maps, swim lanes, SIPOCs, and other views to explain current work flow.
• Translate stakeholder input into concise problem statements and future-state considerations.
• Identify friction, data gaps, and opportunities for automation or new capabilities.
• Prepare executive summaries and status views for governance forums.
