Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as Business, Operations, Analytics, or Information Systems.
• Strong interest in business operations, process improvement, and applying technology to solve problems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to break down complex processes and identify improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and speed via AI-enabled tools and automation.
• Prototype and test operational solutions to reduce manual processes and improve scalability.
• Document processes, insights, and recommendations to support data-informed decisions.
• Analyze operational data to surface trends and bottlenecks for optimization.
• Contribute to day-to-day operational projects supporting performance and team effectiveness.
