The Fanatics internship program is designed to provide meaningful, hands‑on experience, exposure to real business challenges, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Interns are treated as valued team members and contribute to work that directly supports the business.

What You’ll Do

As a Summer Intern on the Sales Operations team, you will report to the Manager of Sales Operations and work closely with a Sales Operations Analyst as part of the broader Go‑To‑Market team. This role is execution‑focused and process‑driven, providing hands‑on exposure to how Sales Operations supports product readiness and sales enablement.

Your primary responsibility will be creating and maintaining detailed product documents for each SKU, which are critical tools used by Sales and retail partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create, update, and maintain detailed customer‑facing product documents, synthesizing key information to communicate core product attributes (e.g., pricing)
  • Manage production plan of product documents, including timing of creation, and information gathering from key stakeholders across Marketing & Product
  • Ensure document accuracy and consistency, with closed feedback loops to integrate updates
  • Assist with asset creation of visual product aids created to support product launches and ongoing sales activity
  • Collaborate with Project Management to track and communicate product release dates and GTM milestones
  • Support inventory‑related and operational workflows through sales data validation and organization
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects that support new programs, promotions, or go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Operations partners to support clear and consistent product information sharing
  • Build a foundational understanding of the trading cards and collectibles industry

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, analytics, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in working with structured information and documentation
  • Comfort working in Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
  • Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn

What You’ll Gain

  • Strong understanding of the Collectibles product portfolio and market, including product segmentation, market dynamics, and more
  • Hands‑on experience supporting real‑world Sales Operations and Go‑To‑Market workflows, assessing the success of product releases, and analyzing and reacting to market feedback
  • Exposure to how detailed product information enables sales execution and product launches
  • Mentorship from experienced Sales Operations professionals and cross‑functional exposure to the Collectibles business
  • A structured internship experience aligned with Fanatics’ early‑career development standards

Additional Information

  • This is a summer internship based in‑office in NYC
  • Interns are expected to work a consistent schedule for the duration of the program
  • The role emphasizes learning, execution, and attention to detail
