Job description

Our ideal candidate would have:
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or lead generation (ideally in SaaS, MedTech, or B2B tech).
  • Previous experience working in or with APAC markets (please specify countries).
  • Fluent Business English (mandatory) + at least one local APAC language (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, etc.).
  • Strong LinkedIn skills and an active, strategic presence on the platform.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
  • Proficient with CRM tools – HubSpot is preferred; experience with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or Monday.com is a plus.
  • Knowledge of prospecting platforms like Lusha, Apollo, Clay, or similar.
  • Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing tasks in a fully remote setting.

  • UseLinkedIn Sales Navigator and your professional presence to connect with high-potential prospects.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for message creation, research, and outreach optimization.
  • Use prospecting platforms such asLusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar.
  • Book appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and ourin-house CRM system.
  • Track performance and continuously improve outreach strategy.
  • Collaborate remotely with the international sales and marketing teams.
