Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of Excel experience (VBA, pivot tables, arrays, Power Pivot) and Tableau or similar tools.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Analysis: Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate data exploration and insight generation.
• Predictive Analytics: Develop and validate models forecasting delivery outcomes and defect trends.
• Automated Insight Generation: Build AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring analyses and narrative summaries.
• AI Tool Evaluation & Adoption: Evaluate new AI analytics tools and advocate adoption.
• Data Pipelines: Write SQL queries and build ETL pipelines for recurring workflows.
• Scalable Solutions: Automate manual reporting using AI and scripting to improve efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Program, Science, Engineering, and Operations teams.
