Job summary

Amazon in Nashville, TN seeks a Business Analyst for Central Programs Analytics to transform data into actionable insights and drive AI-enabled analytics modernization. You will collaborate with program and product managers, operations, and finance to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer experiences and fulfillment speed.

You will design data warehouse and ETL pipelines, monitor data quality, and present insights to senior leadership while guiding cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects and sprint planning to drive project execution
• Design data warehouse solutions and develop ETL/datalake pipelines
• Monitor system performance and data quality metrics to ensure optimal operations
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and present insights to senior leadership
