Job summary

Visa is seeking a Blockchain Technology & Analytics Analyst to evaluate and monitor blockchain and digital asset technologies. The role blends blockchain data analytics, AI-assisted development, technical due diligence, and project execution.

You’ll translate technical concepts into clear insights for business, product, technology, and client stakeholders, and rapidly learn new platforms using AI tools and APIs. Strong foundational tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong foundation in blockchain concepts including Ethereum, EVMs, validators, nodes, and APIs.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and data-driven technical evaluations.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, stakeholder-ready communications.
• Experience vendor evaluations or technology due diligence for blockchain infra.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blockchain technology research on Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and non-EVM ecosystems like Solana and Canton.
• Prototype and prototype-proof-of-concept development for blockchain use cases on AWS and VMs.
• Build dashboards and analytics for validator performance, transaction metrics, and network indicators.
• Write JSON-RPC queries and analyze on-chain data to answer product and infrastructure questions.
• Communicate findings to product, engineering, security, and business teams.
