Job summary

Visa is seeking a Blockchain Technology & Analytics Analyst in San Francisco to evaluate, monitor, and implement blockchain and digital asset technologies. The role blends analytics, AI-assisted prototyping, technical due diligence, and stakeholder storytelling for product and technology teams.

The candidate will prototype PoCs, deploy apps on AWS, and build dashboards to monitor validator performance and network metrics, translating findings for executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation with curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to rapidly learn new platforms and tools using AI-assisted development.
• Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating blockchain platforms and providers and documenting findings with clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a working understanding of Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains, including transactions, smart contracts, validators, nodes, RPC interfaces, and infrastructure components.
• Develop familiarity with non-EVM ecosystems, particularly Solana and Canton.
• Use AI-driven research and analysis to evaluate architecture, APIs, integration models, security considerations, and capabilities of providers.
• Conduct technical evaluations of platforms such as Fireblocks, Turnkey, Zerohash, Chainalysis, Notabene, and others.
• Compare providers and document capabilities, tradeoffs, integrations, and use cases clearly.
