Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or technical degree.
• 3+ years in business operations or program management in hardware product development.
• Demonstrated ANPP knowledge and navigation of product programs.
• Experience with budget management, resource planning, and operational reporting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across engineering, supply chain and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple streams with tight timelines.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision capability.
• Ability to build scalable dashboards and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative style with credibility across levels.

Responsibilities

• Align BizOps activities with product milestones using ANPP.
• Manage budgets, allocations, and samples workflows across programs.
• Lead budget/finance operations including planning, reconciliations, variance reporting.
• Contribute to product roadmap tracking and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate meeting oversight, agendas, decisions and action items.
• Support engineering services headcount and contractor planning.
• Align indirect labor planning with production ramp timelines.
• Drive automation and data quality initiatives across systems.
• Own environmental compliance reporting for programs.
• Oversee samples and allocations end-to-end across teams.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities to automate workflows and improve decision making.
• Evaluate AI/ML tools to enhance reporting and forecasting.
• Define requirements for scalable intelligent automation across PACE.
