Job summary

Responsibilities include following up on claims, contacting payors, filing appeals, and helping evolve backup processes to keep AI-driven work flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in RCM billing or AR follow-up.
• Strong understanding of AR scenarios: denials, status checks, appeals.

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding customer claims and track activity in Amperos systems.
• Follow up with payors, navigate portals, and file appeals as needed.
• Assist in developing and refining backup and automation workflows.
