Job summary

Amperos is shaping healthcare’s AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. We collaborate with clinics to prototype end-to-end agentic workflows, delivering frontend and backend features while integrating AI for scalable outcomes.

You will work with customers to solve real problems, build in an industry underserved by technology, and contribute to product decisions by deepening domain expertise in RCM workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack features with a backend focus.
• Ability to work directly with customers to solve their problems.
• Interest in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management domain.
• Willingness to work on frontier AI problems and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end agentic workflows in collaboration with customers.
• Develop traditional full-stack features, tools, and automations for agentic products.
• Lead both 0-1 projects as well as 1-X initiatives.
• Develop deep expertise in RCM workflows to inform product decisions.
