Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Corp. is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to join the BI Reporting & Analytics Team in Atlanta. You will build AI agents and automations, maintain BI dashboards across Qlik, Power BI, and Databricks, and collaborate with business teams to scale AI in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, write optimized SQL, and stay current on AI/BI tooling while ensuring data governance and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in lieu of a degree.
• 0-3 years of experience in business, IT, or data/analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and design new AI agents and agentic workflows for CPG business use cases
• Build and maintain AI agents and automations using tools such as Databricks Genie Agents, Claude/Cowork, Cursor AI, and other emerging AI platforms
• Partner with CPG business teams to help implement and scale the organization's AI environment
• Maintain and support existing BI reporting and dashboards in Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, and other platforms, including troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements as business needs evolve
• Apply data modeling and data governance concepts to ensure clean, governed data foundations for AI/BI work
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support analysis, agent development, and reporting
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - gathering requirements, explaining solutions, and building trust across the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with agents, automations, and BI tools
• Maintain technical documentation for agents, data pipelines, and governance processes
• Stay current on AI/BI tooling and emerging generative AI capabilities across platforms
