Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of business analysis experience on IT projects.
• Experience with Agile delivery and user stories.
• Strong requirements documentation and communication experience.

Aufgaben

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Model business processes and data flows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered features.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for documentation and analysis.
• Maintain requirements traceability.
