Job summary

Farsight is seeking a design-led marketer to own branding and marketing collateral on a contract basis. You will lead rebrand work, craft sales decks and case studies, and build email templates in HubSpot while producing social assets and event visuals.

You will work in a hybrid setup (no more than 2 days in office) and collaborate with design and marketing to maintain a premium visual standard for financial services content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing or brand design.
• Experience with AI companies or startups.
• Portfolio showing typography, composition, and storytelling with premium visual taste.
• Print and large-format production experience.
• Experience using AI tools in workflows.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and tight deadlines.
• Take minimal direction and run with it.

Responsibilities

• Lead rebrand rollout across one-pagers, decks, templates, and assets.
• Create sales collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies.
• Design and build campaign emails in HubSpot; create reusable templates.
• Develop social and campaign assets, LinkedIn content, and motion graphics.
• Support events: booth graphics, banners, signage, collateral.
• Produce product videos: scripts, screen captures, edits, exports.
• Create reusable templates and provide input on briefs.
