Job summary

Moove AV in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Software Engineer to join the founding engineering team building a greenfield platform for autonomous mobility operations, powered by GenAI, LLMs, and real-time visual intelligence.

You will deliver code enhancements, turn feature specs into production-ready code, collaborate across the full SDLC, and help push high-uptime depot operations for AV fleets. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to shape a rapidly growing tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of non-internship software development experience.
• Experience programming with at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver code enhancements, refactors, and new features for the team's software.
• Turn well-understood feature specifications into production-ready code.
• Build an understanding of the business value and communicate progress clearly to the team.
• Structure code into reusable, quality components and incorporate code review feedback.
• Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to the team, delivering work efficiently.
