Job summary

Frontage Laboratories, Inc is a leading CRO providing pre-clinical, PK/PD, and analytical services. We seek a technology/AI driven IT professional to design and automate business processes, build scalable solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance across platforms like Quickbase, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI.

The role focuses on solution architecture, data integration, UI/UX feasibility, and IT system support in a GMP/GxP environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science and information technologies.
3–4 years of equivalent working experience.
Experience in life science industry such as CRO.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, reliable, and secure technical strategies to solve business problems.
Evaluate cost implications and optimize solutions for budget and operations.
Develop applications that support growth and digital transformation.
Ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 for new solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify IT solutions.
Provide admin support for core platforms (Quickbase, IEBS, DocuSign, NetSuite).
Design and maintain data integrations across systems (Salesforce, Quickbase, NetSuite, Power BI, Watson).
Configure SharePoint for proposal, contract, and document management.
