Job summary

Cisco is seeking an experienced Application Security leader to head advanced penetration testing across on-prem and cloud portfolios. You will craft attack plans, deliver remediation guidance to development teams, and scale testing with agentic AI workflows to cover complex architectures.

You will influence risk decisions, mentor team members, and help establish a proactive security culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced offensive security experience across web, mobile, networks, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS and GCP).
• Ability to develop and maintain tooling using Python or Bash.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
