Job summary

Atlan is seeking a Security Engineer to own AppSec and Cloud Security automation for a platform used by 450+ enterprise customers in regulated industries. You will build AI-powered security agents and end-to-end security tooling to eliminate vulnerabilities at the source, integrate security into CI/CD, and defend across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You should have 4–6 years in a cloud-native SaaS environment with hands-on AI security development.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a cloud-native SaaS environ.
• Hands-on AI security development experience.
• Deep AWS expertise (IAM, VPC) and familiarity with GCP/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents for vulnerability triage and automated security reviews.
• Automate cloud security across AWS (primary), GCP, and Azure, end-to-end ownership.
• Lead threat modeling, security reviews, and risk assessments for web apps, APIs, and services.
• Embed security into the developer workflow (CI/CD) with SAST/SCA and secrets detection.
