Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Application Remediation Governance professional to reduce technology risk by accelerating remediation of vulnerabilities across applications. You will partner with application managers and risk partners to align fixes with the Bank's risk appetite.

You will lead ARG BAU activities, coordinate with CST teams on the SOR, and contribute to monthly risk metrics and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years cyber security experience.
• Vulnerability and remediation experience.
• Ability to improve team processes to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Understanding of novel vulnerability vectors, primarily those aligned to AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains the team's application vulnerability portfolio.
• Forefront of Bank's response to AI-identified vulnerabilities and mitigating cyber risk.
• Oversee ARG daily BAU activities and provide leadership for the ARG team.
• Manage workload balance by allocating vulnerabilities among team members.
• Configure the SOR so team members see their portfolio and timely actions.
• Escalate and represent ARG on Incident calls for P1 vulnerabilities.
• Own ARG actions and collaborate with CST teams on SOR enhancements.
• Create and QA monthly risk metrics for management and board.
• Train and onboard new ARG team members.
