Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver, CO seeks a Business Analytics & Reporting Architect I to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This role partners with business leaders to transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable reporting frameworks across the organization.

The position requires strong leadership, experience with Power BI, Oracle, SQL, and Qlik, and the ability to drive AI-enabled insights, data models, and self-service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in BI, Data Analytics, or related field with a 4-year degree; or 3 years + master's; or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership to influence stakeholders and drive analytics initiatives across the organization.
• Advanced experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Oracle, SQL, cloud data environments) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define reporting, analytics, AI, and BI requirements.
• Design and deliver dashboards, KPI scorecards, data models, and AI-enabled insights.
• Translate requirements into scalable analytics across multiple systems and sources.
• Govern data quality, provide ad hoc analytics, and support decision-making.
• Lead roadmaps, backlogs, and communications; mentor analytics teams.
