Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Analytics, to own an analytics product area end-to-end across Raleigh, NY, and India-based teams. The role focuses on strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery in a globally distributed setting with async collaboration.

You will drive AI-powered capabilities, socialize tradeoffs with data, and lead the lifecycle from concept to GA. Enterprise scope and AI prototyping experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience owning product areas end-to-end in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience defining or shipping AI-powered product features and specifying model behavior.
• Experience building for enterprise customers with procurement, security, or data privacy requirements.
• Experience using AI prototyping tools to validate ideas before engineering investment.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics product roadmap and defend tradeoffs with data.
• Drive AI-powered capabilities within analytics, including outputs and confidence signals.
• Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers and India-based teams; synthesize findings across time zones.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through GA and post-launch iteration.
• Write specs for engineering and document decisions for async workflows.
