Seer Interactive is seeking an Analytics Manager to bridge business strategy, customer behavior, experimentation, and measurement. You’ll own client relationships, drive strategy, and deliver results across traditional analytics (GA4/Adobe Analytics) and GEO measurement initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AI-native approaches.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics implementation involving behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement.
• Experience aggregating data and building dashboards in Looker Studio, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• A genuine curiosity to understand why and what’s next in analytics.
• Comfort with incrementality, lift analysis, holdout methodologies, and causal inference concepts.
• Experience using Claude to accelerate analysis and client-ready outputs.
• Ability to automate and build repeatable AI workflows, prompts, and systems.
• Ownership mindset to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver actionable steps.
• Strong organizational and project management skills (Wrike).
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and their impact on discovery and measurement.
• Ability to present value to clients even when under pressure.
• Mentoring teammates and elevating data literacy across teams.

Responsabilités

• Strategize and architect large-scale digital analytics implementations for multiple clients on platforms like Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Audit new and existing implementations to identify gaps and recommend feasible solutions.
• Build measurement frameworks that reflect business outcomes and nonlinear customer journeys.
• Implement analytics and marketing tags through Tag Management Systems and coordinate with developers, IT, and clients.
• Write clear technical documentation for team members, clients, and developers.
• Develop GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences for clients.
• Define hypotheses, testing methodologies, success metrics, and evaluate causal relationships in Test & Learn programs.
• Distinguish correlation from incrementality through experimental design and rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to measure AI-driven impact on awareness, behavior, and conversion.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders and executives.
