Job summary

Nimble Gravity is seeking an Analytics Engineer & AI Specialist to design robust data models, build scalable pipelines, and craft semantic layers that empower AI agents. You will bridge insurance-domain insights with full-stack data engineering to deliver trusted, agent-ready data.

The role emphasizes data governance, QA, and building reusable templates and playbooks for scalable customer deployments. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL with CTEs, window functions, and incremental patterns.
• Experience building data infrastructure for large relational datasets.
• dbt project development with testing and CI/CD.
• Python for data pipelines and automation.
• Experience using AI coding assistants for development.
• Semantic modeling and configuring semantic views.
• Strong client-facing communication for business leaders.
• Knowledge of Snowflake Cortex components.

Responsibilities

• Architect flexible data models driving truth across LOB domains.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Develop automated data QA and tests for data models.
• Define metrics and relationships for AI agents to reason over data.
• Document playbooks and run technical workshops for the team.
• Author semantic views and skill files (YAML + Markdown).
