Nimble Gravity is seeking an Analytics Engineer & AI Specialist to own end-to-end data architecture, modeling, and semantic layers that power AI agents for clients. You will design data models, build scalable pipelines, and ensure data is structured, trusted, and ready for natural language interfaces.

The role emphasizes data governance, QA, and collaboration with leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on production readiness and client-facing impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics engineering or related role with some customer-facing work.
• Experience shipping data models or pipelines used by non-technical users.
• Proficient in SQL with window functions and complex joins.
• Experience with dbt projects including testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design flexible data models across LOB domains to serve AI readiness.
• Build data pipelines and the semantic layer for AI agents to reason over.
• Create semantic views and YAML/Markdown configurations for analyst use.
• Document playbooks and run technical workshops to upskill team.
